I've tried so many programs before; how can I be sure that Healthy Emmie's approach will work for me?

How much time do I need to dedicate to this program each week? I have a very busy schedule.
If we don’t make time for wellness, then we will be forced to make time for illness.” One of my clients, Tammi, owns 3 businesses.
